Program to enhance my voice?

I really have a lot of pion in music and movies, but mainly i love listing to music basiclly rock ,alternative rock and sometimes heavy metal, I would really would like to learn how to sing is there some kid of program that I can use so that it could recored my voice for a specific song and enhance it to make my voice a little better,also another request usually when anybody practeses to sing they use the version of the song with out the lyrics just music so i could sing instead of the artist, where can i find these, thanks
