Rhapsody's pissing me off!!!?

this stupid thing never WORKS!!!! I'm trying to listen to a couple songs and it takes FOREVER to load then it NEVER even plays!!!! Then after awhile a pop up comes up naming 3 devices rhapsody is on (under that account) even though I'm using one of those devices right now!! my phone's also acting funky so it could be that but I doubt it, but i'm really getting pissed off
