Now this is a long story but I'm really lost. So I met this guy about 2 yrs ago. And since the day I met him I knew we would be perfect together. So we started talking and we became really good friends. We knew and still know so much about each other. So we started "talking" after a few months. And it was amazing. We weren't official or anything but he treated me so well. We talked every day and night. And we could be on the phone for hours. We always had something to talk about. I mean yes we weren't official but I still consider that cheating. I also found out a lot of stuff he told me were lies. So he dropped me and asked this other girl out. He broke my heart. And I swore I would never talk to him again. But of course that didn't last long. The whole time he was dating her he still texted me and flirted and it was so hard because I liked him so much and he was with someone else. So after a few months they broke up, which I knew would happen, but anyway, they broke up and not even a month after their break-up he tried making up with me. But I was involved with someone else at that point. Then he started getting mad jealous and would get angry at me because I was with other guys. Anyway he has been trying ever since their break up to get back with me. And as hard as it is to believe this is the short version of the story. But he lied to me and broke my heart too many times. But for some reason I still have feelings for him. I can't trust him though and I know if I ever get with him I'll end up getting hurt. I just don't know what to do or what to say to him.

2nd Degree Burglary; What should I expect?

This is my first offense. I live in a duplex. A few months ago I overheard the tenant on the other side of me engaged in a phone conversation in which she exclaimed that "My house should be ready for me to move into in April". So about three weeks into March I witness the tenant loading her belongings into a vehicle, I umed that she was moving into the forementioned "house". A few weeks go by without anyone coming or going from the "vacant" unit. I decide to go over and take a look and see if I can find a cabinet door that will replace one that is broken in my unit. Both units are connected via a crawl space in the attic in which I have never been before. Upon entering the "vacant" unit, it appears littered with trash, most of the items in decent condition appear to be packed in tubs and boxes as if meant to be taken somewhere, and in dissaray as if it had been abandoned in a hurry. However, I do spot some items that do not completely appear to be trash, just some decent looking mirrors, picture frames, wall art, and child's toys. I decide someone may be coming back for the items so I leave out the back door and lock it. A few more weeks go by and still noone comes or goes, so now I make the mistake of uming that she is gone for good, and decide to take some of these belongings back to my unit to use myself and for my daughter, not to sell or anything. About three more weeks later our refrigerator stops working, being as I was extremely late on rent I don't bother asking my landlord to replace it as I already know what the answer is, I decide to store some items in the refrigerator next door, so as not to spoil. The refridgerator is disgusting with some old rotten meat in the freezer so I go ahead and clean it up well and keep some sodas over there, and begin to make regular trips when I need something to eat or drink. A neighbor friend of the former tenant catches on and calls the police after a trip over there to get a soda. The police surround my house, my never have being arrested before I am obviously nervous and take a while but eventually open the door. I fully cooperate with the police, being honest when they ask me about some missing items I immediately give them up and tell them I was under the impression that the items were abandoned. I was placed under arrest and taken to the city jail on a 24 hour hold. The next morning I speak with the detective and give him the same exact story you have read here. I am returned to my cell while he speaks with the prosecutors. about an hour or so later I am released paying no bond pending further investigation. The estimated value of the property is said to be about $200-300. The victim turned out to be in another state for a surgery this whole time and wants to press charges. Can she press charges if she is in another state during the crime? I am in Missouri and this is my first offense, what can I do to avoid any jail time?

Should Treyarch make a free zombie map to promote themselves?

So, I've been thinking... and it is no doubt that Treyarch has made alot of people angry. They have had a few wrongdoings such as, in my opinion, adding the director in Call of the Dead. If you are a die hard fan of zombies, you might like this idea/ideas. Knowing that one of Treyarch's best traits is listening to their community, I propose a new zombie map placed in possibly cod 3, waw, or black ops(preferably not). I think that this map should be free as a gift to us and themselves. If we have many supporting this, it is MORE than possible that Treyarch will act. I plan to post youtube videos about this topic of free maps of the people. This could also help Treyarch by giving them programing experiance and enhancing their reputation as a designer. You guys really need to step it up truthfully. You rep took a nose dive to the floor with all of the mistakes in black ops. So, to the topic of Cod 3 zombies. I can see it being extremely fun and compelling plenty of people to buy the game if they do not own it and go back to the multiplayer, which is about 99% dead. I want my relationship to work?

My boyfriend and I have been together for about a year and a half. Things are usually great, but like most couples, we often have our little fights. We recently got into it about something stupid, he basically told me that I'm not supportive enough and he wants someone who is. I told him I'd try to be and we can go from there. Here's the situation. We live in KY now, I'm originally from here because my parents were prior military( by Ft.Knox) and he was in the Army for 8 yrs. We had a huge fight and I broke things off, because I felt I wasn't being treated with respect, realistically, even though I broke it off, he practically begged me not to and that he would change, but we have had many arguments as to US BOTH trying to get there and more caring for one another. I guess, in the heat of the moment, I broke it off out of me being mad and attention I guess. I think and think and think about that I did and said and regretted it so I called him back the next day after I broke up with him and apologized. A lot was said on both ends when we had the "break up" talk the night prior. I really regret saying all I did because now his feelings towards me has changed a little. He told me I made him realize he feels lost and that he has been for a while. According to him, it's because literally 5 days ago he just got out of the military, is jobless and thought all the plans him and I have made were out the window when I broke it off, and he thought he was never going to see me again..heartbroken. He says he wants to be with his family(which they live in Wisconsin) for a while just to regain "himself" again and to spend time/re-connect with his family. I totally understand how he feels, I would probably do the same thing and feel the same way, especially seeing how he rarely see's his family and that they are kind of far away. Him and I talked, I believe he forgave me but he doesn't seem the same, he is the same but he seems a little driven away. I totally understand that I played a great role in him feeling like that, but it's also because he feels lost and jobless and wants to be with his fam and to save money. He told me we can still work on our relationship while he's gone(for about six months) while he "finds himself" again and that we can talk everyday, skype, visit each other, etc. He said we will eventually be together again, as in us either living together or us being the way we are now( I have my own place and so does he) but he just needs some time for himself and to look for a job to save money and to figure out what he wants to do. I know he is sad now and I am too, my thing is, is he really wanting us to work and I don't know how to handle a long distance relationship because I've never been in one. While we're apart, I know it's a test of our relationship and I really want things to work. He keeps saying "I won't leave you and I'll come back for you" but what does that mean? Is he just in a rut in his life right now and needs to really find himself? I know he also mentioned he thinks us being apart can make us stronger if we both put effort into it. I am willing to try and know there are many people out there that have a successful long distance relationship, especially military families who's spouse is overseas. But how long should I wait and how can I know he's being real and wants to make this work and will come back for me? I'm confused, hurt yet happy..i'm happy only because I know he loves his family and when he goes back, he will be happy to be with them : ). What should I do?

became friends with this guy blake back in december. We became really good friends and pretty close. We eventually began to like eachother alot as more than friends. We had alot of amazing times together and the way he viewed things and just life in general had such a big impact on me. But he had had plans to leave and go up to school for 3 months and he already left about 2 weeks ago and i miss him so much. My son has a domestic violence charge against him due to the fact that he is diabetic and got left at home for 5 hrs with no food by his domestic partner while babysitting their daughter, When she got home she knew his sugar would be bottomed out and he was trying to leave to go get food because he could tell his sugar was going to bottom out she jumped on top of him in the drivers seat only to get her clothes that she had just bought to go out that night. He then pushed her off of him because he needed food and an off duty cop was standing there and he went to jail. She got an order of protection only so she could peacefully have a new boyfriend and come to find out she was cheating on him for years. Now I know there are legitimate problems out there when it comes to domestic violence however I do think it should be evaluated on a case by case basis. Because If she had just been honest and broke it off and told him she had someone else and he didn't have to catch her in their bed maybe he wouldn't have been put in the position he was put in. And while I know its his responsibility to control his anger she has lived with him 5 yrs and is very aware of low blood sugar symptoms. She set him up and 10,000 later she ruined his life I don't get to see my grandchildren or my son because he was so depressed after she had him fired he left. He is 29 and homeless at this point because she got the home, I talk to him on the phone but I don't know where he is at. It is very depressing to lose your grandchildren and cant see your son while she goes on with her happy life. His daughter was what he lived for. I am so sad and depressed HELP I miss my family

Help! My betta can't eat!?

I just got my female betta this morning. She was healthy and energetic and swam all around her bowl. I tried feeding her just a few minutes ago. I put 3 pellets in the bowl. She lunged for the food and popped it in her mouth, then one second later, she spit it out. She then lunged for the same pellet and popped it in her mouth and she kept on spitting it out. She keeps on popping in her mouth and spitting it out until she mashes the pellet up until its like flat and the pellet slowly falls to the bottom of the bowl. Buy a concealer and put it on all your blimishes and imperfections before you put your foundation on. Make sure to blend it in! I always apply foundation with my fingers because its easier to blend and it gives you more coverage. And put powder on after your concealer and foundation. And using yellow based makeup is fine! I've used it many times. Oh and always go a shade lighter than your skin tone when buying foundation. It helps alot with the orangeness!

My husbands ex wife has been making awful statements about him on a social network. They have been apart for 3 years and divorced for 2 and she just can't leave him alone. She makes statements such as he is a deadbeat father who never wants his kids around, and lately has been making haring statements about our unborn child and our relationship. Should I Wear Make Up?

OK so I am about to start college in the fall. I only wear makeup on really special occasions and even then I usually only wear eyeshadow and liner and sometimes powder foundation. I think when I don't wear make up I look just fine but when I do ear makeup I look EXTRA good. I was thinking about wearing make up like that on a daily basis but I am just worried about a couple things....1) what about the days I don't feel like wearing makeup? Should I get an industrial piercing or cartilage and second hole?

When Will Amanda Knox Go Free From Prison In Italy?

I can't believe that Amanda Knox is still in prison over in Italy. Its so unfair. She is so obviously innocent. she has wasted 4 years of her life behind bars. the poor girl. she should never have been convicted. there is absolutely no evidence against her that ties her to the crime. it makes me think the italian justice system is no good at all. I hope she gets released from jail some time in the next year. because this is just ridiculous. if you research the case, there is no evidence to tie her to the crime. she is so inncoent.

Need some advice about a guy.?

Not too long ago some friends of mine and I went to Cancun for a destination wedding. While there I met a guy who's actually from my hometown and who knows one of my friends. We hit it off! At the reception he stared at me from across our table and would smile when our eyes met, we made each other laugh, and we even slow danced. While we were dancing he just kept gazing into my eyes with this silly smile on his face, it got so intense for me that I had to look away. Also while we were dancing he asked me why I refused to dance with anyone else I couldn't answer his question I changed the subject. When the song we were dancing to ended he hugged me and walked me back to our table. At that point I figured that that was a thanks for the dance hug. Then after the reception when we were all saying our goodbyes he stuck out his hand for me to shake and when I placed my hand in his he pulled me in for a tight hug. I was the only female he hugged. Now back in the States, I had dinner with him the other night where he proceeded to try to take pictures of me. He was very sweet and attentive (for the first half of the night), occasionally brushing up against me, and showing me all the pictures he took in Cancun. Then I'll be damned if he doesn't sit his *** in front of the tv and play with his phone. I know he wasn't texting anyone because he showed me his phone, he was buying apps for his phone! WTF? Every now and then he would look up at me and smile. But when I was ready to leave he didn't even get up to say goodbye, he just reached out his hand for a shake and that was it. This guy is really confusing and I could of sworn he liked me but now I don't know. I spoke to my friend about him and she said that his ex fiance got pregnant by another guy, and that she just had the baby. He's stationed elsewhere so he'll be leaving soon and it breaks my heart that that's how he left it. What happened? Why the 180? He asked me to friend request him on facebook and I did so we're now friends, but for what? Is he actually gonna keep in touch or did he just want to add yet another friend? I'm so confused and a little hurt, does this guy like me or was he just mind f*#@ing me?

I've had contact with Caltech and M.A.A. regarding these matters, but I'm getting mixed messages as to whether my method is new and different than that of Archimedes. Contributions I've made are utilizing prime factorization to make the construction of centroids simpler. I've also constructed the centroids of up to 13^3 points. Is this a world record? Guinness declined my application, so I don't know if there's a scientific world records database. My article was also declined by MathMag who's editor said to me in an email, "... this is already well known and doented in the litterature." I emailed back asking where the literature is. How many books per week should I read in order to improve my Spoken English?

I am French and I speak fluently English(I spent 10 years in the US). However My English is not really sophisticated as you can judge from my current writing. I am back to France for good so I have no way to practice & speak on daily basis English . I was told to read a lot of books in combination with audio books. I was promised that it would allow me not to lose my English but with chance it could eventually enhance my spoken English. My question is how many books should I read per week? I'm watching Katt Williams do one of his stand-up shows, and he curses like every other word. I'm not against cursing altogether, but if a comedian does it too much it seems like he/she is using it as a crutch because his jokes aren't really that funny. Nadal is already injured often. In the coming years he will tail back the amount of tournaments that he will play and he will focus on the slams.
