Why does my son act this way?

No. There's nothing wrong with him. I used to be really freaked out and be scared someone was in my house to kill me as a teen too. I was just a product of too many scary movies. He's not a coward but you're lucky. If I thought someone was there I'd jump out my window and let my mom die.
