Dell Finacial server said my account was purged?

I called dell to see if i could get the payments transfer to me instead of my father since he wants to file a chapter 13 and get rid of his debts. The lady on the phone was like this account does not exist and we can log into the account online but they can not find it and finally said it was purged have a nice day so would i still owe them money or what. Also would dell repo them since my father is filing bankruptcy computers we have had them for a couple yrs now.
