Facebook help please?

So when i signed in to facebook i used my phone to sign up and whenever i had to sign in to facebook in the computer i had to input my phone number not my email so i want to know if there is any way that i can change the phone number to my email adress and sign with my email adress not my old phone....iforgot but yeah i dont have that number anymore
