How do you save a wallpaper to your phone after you download it to Myxer?

I have a HTC Freestyle phone, and I went on Myxer.com (on my computer) and sent a link to my phone to download the wallpaper. But I can't figure out how to download it and save it to my phone. If you would know anything about this, please help. Thanks!:))
