I am 13 and gay and in love with someone, what should I do?

Don't say stuff about how I'm not really gay or how I'm too young. I am in love with this guy named Adam. I have no idea if he is gay or not. I don't think so but I'm not 100% sure. I LOVE HIM! I want to tell him but I have so many doubts about it. We are friend on Playstation Network and I have his phone number so I can talk to him. We are pretty good friends but I want to find out if he's gay and maybe even go out with him. Thanks in advance.
